Terms and Conditions of “Orient”

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES THROUGH THE “ORIENT” WEBSITE

I. SELLER DETAILS

  1. The Seller: “MODEL IST” LTD, UIC (EIK) 103786755, headquartered at: Varna, 1 TSARIBROD Str.

  2. VAT Registration: BG103786755.

II. PRICES AND CURRENCY

  1. All prices on the “Orient” website are listed in Euro (EUR) and include 20% VAT.

  2. In compliance with the law, prices are dual-displayed in both Euro and Bulgarian Leva at the fixed exchange rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.

III. SCOPE AND METHOD OF DELIVERY

  1. Deliveries are carried out exclusively within the territory of the city of Varna.

  2. Delivery is performed by an employee of “MODEL IST” LTD or a courier to the address specified by the Customer.

IV. PAYMENT (CASH ON DELIVERY ONLY)

  1. The only accepted method of payment is cash upon receipt of delivery (Cash on Delivery).

  2. Payment is made in Euro (EUR).

  3. Upon cash payment, the Customer shall receive a cash receipt (fiscal bond) issued by a mobile fiscal device belonging to “MODEL IST” LTD.
